With over 30 years of experience in construction, facilities engineering, and power plant operations, Len is an expert in large-scale project development and execution. He has founded, funded, and successfully exited three energy-sector companies, bringing deep technical and operational expertise to every project.

Matt Cristaldi
Cofounder of Grid Discovery, a Techstars (‘23) company, Matt brings over a decade of experience in utilities and operational efficiency. A published coauthor on hydrodynamic energy harvesting in the International Journal of Green Energy, he combines deep technical expertise with hands-on experience building software and mobile applications across both corporate and startup environments.

Adam Zellner
Adam designed Hoboken’s first community microgrid, a model later adopted by the NY PRIZE and NJ BPU programs. With over 450 MW of solar and storage projects led across New Jersey, Adam brings deep expertise in distributed energy systems and regulatory policy, having previously served as Director of Policy for the State of New Jersey.

Sophia Pisano
A graduate of the College of Charleston with dual degrees in Marine Biology and Environmental & Sustainability Studies, Sophia bridges environmental science and technology to advance energy resilience. She has coordinated smart building projects, deploying advanced automation and energy systems, and contributed to several innovative microgrid initiatives focused on clean power and operational efficiency. Earlier in her career, she conducted marine research along the Charleston coast, studying dolphins and whales to support conservation efforts..
